Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access it through automated means without permission, or use it to transmit harmful content.

Product descriptions and pricing

We work hard to describe our products and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images or prices are always error-free. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error. If we cancel your order, we'll refund any payment in full.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Candle safety

• Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children and pets.
• Trim the wick to 6 mm before every light and burn for no more than four hours.
• Burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from draughts and anything that can catch fire.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, product photography — is owned by Enzo Lux or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enzo Lux is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be resolved in the South African courts.
