Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders leave our workshop within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

• Major metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2–4 business days
• Regional centres: 3–5 business days
• Outlying areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping costs

• Flat-rate tracked courier nationwide: R95
• Complimentary shipping on orders over R1 200

Packaging

Every vessel is wrapped in unbleached paper and packed in a rigid box. Nothing ships in plastic.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, emailed once your parcel is collected by the courier.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can update it before dispatch if you email us quickly at admin@ariimicreek.com.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional fees may apply).
